liens against homestead

i wish to deed property to my daughter and her husband. she has several credit card debts against her in the credit bureau. can these debtors place a lien against the property after i deed it to her? it will be homestead.

Re: liens against homestead

If the judgment liens are perfected before the transfer , they would attach to real estate, even if it becomes homestead property.
