Life Estate Quitclaim Deed with Remainder
I live in NJ. I have ownership in common of a house in Florida with my mother. My father,her husband, lives with her in the house. I want them to live in the house for their lifetime with the remainder to me. How can this be accomplished?

This can be accomplished by executing a quit claim deed from the current owners to your parents for life with a remainder to you. You should have an attorney draft the deed to ensure it is done properly.
