The following is not legal advice and nothing herein shall create an attorney/ client relationship.
Having said that, you need to have the will reviewed by an attorney licensed in Florida who will also review records to determine if the will has been probated, which should give you the legal right to be in possession of the home. If the will has been probated and the individual is still in the home, you would need to institute an eviction action. Also, you need to review the insurance on the home to make sure it is properly insured. I will be happy to review with you, contact me at [email protected].

You need to consult with a probate attorney to reveiw the situation and advise you accordingly.
Re: Life Estate
Consult with an attorney where the will was probated to assist you.
Re: Life Estate
Assuming the will has been probated, thereby establishing your right to the property, you need to contact an attorney in the county where the property is located to pursue eviction procedures.
