on the line fences

i need to know when we moved in here there was a fence all the way around. the neighbor took it down on there side and put up a wood fence. well they got in trouble so they had to take it down . are they required to put another fence up because they said they werent. it was on the line . i thought there was a law on line fences that you have to keep a fence there wants you put it on the line

I am unaware of any laws that require

a property owner to keep a fence up other

than county ordinances

requiring homeowners to have pools enclose

or fenced off. If you can get a citation, please
