lis pendens/prevent sale

I'm in he middle of a nasty divorce. I just found out that my name was on the mortgage but not on the deed. How can I prevent my spouse a mortgae specialist from selling the home before we are divorced. I can't afford an attorney and he has the Broward's Best.

You need to invest in a lawyer immediately if you want to protect your interests. I am not a divorce lawyer.
