Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in a 55+ community in Florida. The HOA is telling me that my 30 year old son, who helps me during the day as I am disabled and need help from time to time, that he is over his 30 day visitation limit. I own my mobile home and rent the lot in the community. Can they force him to move out of my home?
