Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
We live in a community with a HOA that has a public pool. We were wondering - pool rules are not listed anywhere in the docs, but simply on a sign posted at the pool - which they recently changed without telling anyone (for example - pool use to be open until 8:00pm, now it's dusk), do they have to have this anywhere else? How enforceable is it?

One cannot answer without seeing the bylaws and rules of the HOA. In some instances the HOA is itself invalid and it is not uncommon for HOAs to make rules that they cannot make.
