Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i live in a condo and the condo association has a no pet policy however a neighbor took the condo association to court to get a pet and won so she now has a pet. my question is does that mean everyone is now allowed a pet or just her?

You cannot assume anything without knowing why the court ruled as it did. Is her dog considered a service dog? These are the rage these days and can be easily obtained. This may make it a medical necessity that she have the dog.
