Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live within a condo HOA in Miami FL. I recently learned that my HOA has not paid the master HOA for a few months. I personally have paid all my dues and am up to date. The master HOA has sent the delinquent payment issue to an attorney and they are threatening a lien.

What would I be liable for if I have paid everything required of me to date?

What rights do I have or recourse as a property owner?

Contact your local HOA and find out why they have not made payments. Your documents will specify your responsibility.
