I Live in a Condo , The Landlord gave us a 30 day to leave , BUT now the Condo still wants us to pay for screening , do we have to? and can the Condo evict us because we don't ? Miami Florida .

Your lease agreement controls. Do you have one? Seek some legal help with your documents. If no written lease your landlord can terminate your lease with 30 days notice depending on how often you pay your rental. No idea what screening you mean? Credit screening? Seems valueless if you have to leave.

The Association may be able to evict, but the process will likely take more than 30 days, so it may be moot. Meet with a qualified lawyer in your area.
