Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i live in a condo that i rent from my landlady. i found out the property was being foreclosed on. she has been collecting rent of $1000 every month. we have been telling her of issues with our A/C unit filled with mold. she doesnt fix it. she continues to get rent while we (2 children 3 adults) continue to visit the hospital for upper respiratory problems on a monthly basis. Is there anything we can do?

There is a procedure in FS 83 for repairs to be made or obtain a reduction in rent.
