Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live at a condominium and i have a vechicle which the tag has expired and am curently awaiting paper works to get the tag for it and the condominium office wants to tow my car even though i explained the problem to them .

If you are merely storing it, it should be removed.

If the bylaws permit it, then they can tow it. MOve it off site until you get your tag.
