Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in my deceased grandfathers home and pay the mortgage that he had on the house as well as the property taxes. Since the house is still in his name, what steps can be done to get my name on the property?

You need to probate his Estate. If there are other heirs you are going to have share ownership with them. Seek legal advice.
