Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i live in dunnellon, florida. my neighbors pulled up our property marker so they could make that area there driveway. Also it is a rental property, there is already a common driveway for the two properties. but now the renters have made another driveway right through the edge of my property. It is destroying the road right there and my property. what are my options, is there anything that i can do to pervent this from happening?

If they have tresspasssed, tell them to remove it. Tell the owner, first, and they will pressure the renters as well.

Speak up. Tell the owner in person and in writing. Take legal action to have it removed, if they are unwilling to do so.
