Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in FL. I listed my house, got a buyer, signed a contract, then canceled the contract. Naturally the buyers are very upset. I will gladly pay them back for monies spent for inspections, appraisal, etc. Can they force me to close on this house and move out?

Your contract controls. Have it reviewed by an attorney. Does it give you a unilateral right to withdraw your assent? If not, then they can force specific performance of the contract. Get an attorney.
