Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in FL, a state that accepts Tenants by the Entireties as a form of ownership. If my wife and I purchase real property in a state that does not have TBE is the property still protected from creditors?

You need to make sure that you take title as husband and wife, with full rights of survivorship, or words that specifically indicate the relationship and title is by the entireties. As for creditors rights in another state, you will need to ask an attorney from that state.
