Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in florida and have a condo. I recently divorced and the apt. is in foreclosure. I am NOT on the mortgage but I am on the title. I am legally responsible for the HOA dues or is that the responsibility of the mortgagee?

As an owner, you are responsible for HOA fees.
