Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in Florida and purchased land in Arkansas from a seller on ebay who lives in South Carolina. The ebay listing stated the property was free of past due taxes. I found the property does have deliquent taxes and the seller keeps putting me off. What recourse do I have?

Go back to Ebay and find out what warranties they have. In Florida, you may have none as the sale was in Arkansas from a South Carolina resident. You may have to sue in those jurisdictions.

If eBay cannot help ( i doubt they can), you will sue him in South Carolina.
