Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We live in a gated community. In the 70's the spring was diverted to make a canal with a marina. We build and maintain the canal. People come from different areas to fish and bow fish at all hours of the day and night. We have had people come in at midnight with generators and lights. My question is, Is there any way to make this a private canal and put up no trespassing signs. I asked a game warden but he fishes here with his kids to.
