Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
i live in a golf course community and have a great view of two golf holes from tee to green. Recentlly, the club voted to redo the entire course and is now shut down for renovation. On the back of one green the contractor has created two large berms behind the green and now we are unable to see the green. Do we have any legal recourse?

Unless you have some deed restriction giving you unencumbered vision, you likely have no claims. I suggest you contact an attorney with all your legal paperwork to see what options, if any that you may have.
Dear Troubled Viewer: I cocnur with my learned colleague Barry Stein, Esq.
You could consider building a gazebo or viewing platform behind your residence, to permit a better view, but beware of badly hit golf balls! Also, be sure to insure.
Good luck.
