Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in a home in FL, this home has gone into forclosure and I have been seved with a 90 day notice.

I need more time to find a home due to money problems, how can I stretch this process out.

I live here with my mother who is disabled.

Several possibilities.

First, try to get a hearing in front of the judge to see what you can do.

Second, some of the lenders, and attorneys handling these cases have got some problems, and its possible that those cases may be halted. You should read the newspaper about it.
