Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in jacksonville florida and I want to abolish my homeowners association, we have no commom ground, pool, tennis courts or even an entrance to our subdivision , I can get 75% or more votes to abolish it , but then what do i do next?

You need to read your HOA documents, or take them to a real estate attorney to read them. There should be a provision for changing the HOA agreement, including the change to not have an HOA. Unless your property is the sort of property that is required by law (like a condominium development) to have an HOA, this should be possible.
