Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in Palm Beach County, Florida. I own a mobile home and am trying to sell it. I have had many interested buyers, but the manager of the park denies their application and background check every time. I have been living here for over 10 years now, without a lease. I have the title to the mobile home. I really need to sell and move, so my question is simply what could the park owner do to me if I sell the mobile home without approval from the park manager?

Doubt anyone would buy without advanced approval. Read your documents regarding approval requirements from management.

I agree with David. You should indeed review the documents for the park. You don't say whether you have been paying rent. That may be one issue. Do you have any idea why the manager is denying the applications? You should find out. All communications should be in writing. There may be a way to resolve this issue. Trying to sell without approval is not the way to do so.
