Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

hi i live in polk county florida i have been renting the same house for the past two years it has been on a one year lease program i was going to stay for a third year and had called the realtor office and told them then they sent me a paper to sign saying that i was interested and renewing the lease but they never sent me a lease to sign just that one paper i never signed a lease for this next year and they are telling me that i cant leave and that the lease is in affect even though i never signed one do i have to stay

Without seeing what it is the Realtor sent you and you signed, I can't really say. What does your original lease say regarding early termination/notice of intent to vacate?
