Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in a senior mobile home park even though I am under 55

I live in florida and live in a senior mobile home & RV park and was allowed to buy my home and live here approved by the management. My question is I am only 33 and my husband 35 we pay our lot rent and get along well with everyone in the park but would like to consider adopting a child in the future. The park rules say no children but they have a rv area that excludes that rule and they are allowed to have children. I would like to know if they can legally make us move our trailer out of here if we adopted or had a child. We have lived here almost a year.

It may depend on their approval and what was signed. In any event they may institute legal proceedings to evict. You may get involved in a lawsuit if they object to the child. You may be able to argue they waived the child requirement by permitting you to buy.
