i live in my sons house and we want joint resident what deed do i use

You create a deed that has you as joint owners. I recommend you contact an attorney if you intend to do such a transaction. It has tax, debt, and many other implications. Not to mention any mistake in the deed may make it void.

You need an attorney to do it right. If you do it wrong it could land in court to fix it.
