Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in south Florida. I want to prepare a quick claim deed? I pay annually for a program called Law Depot that has the quick claim form and all I have to do is fill in the blanks. I know the process with the county after the deed has been signed because I had this kind of deed done with an attorney before. Do you see an issue with me doing the deed myself on the Law depot site?

Impossible to answer this question. Quit Claim Deeds involve more than just transferring the rights to property they may affect homestead, property, income and gift taxes, etc. I suggest you review the matter with an attorney before completing and recording such a deed.
