Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I live in unincorporated boca raton and would like to know if i have any legal rights in trimming my next door ( single family home) neighbor's giant oak tree that hangs over my driveway and roof. they are away for four months (hurricane season) and are not co-operative in discussing the situation if there is damage to my cars or property. am i liable? thank you
