Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I was living in a condo my late wife left to me, it had a 60K mortgage on it. By the time my next wife left me, she had me sign her on to the house via quit claim deed, in 2005 she took a mortgage of 155K and left me in the same month, without a single payment on the loan. In 2007 we got divorced. She was ordered to get the mortgage refi'd and was to take possession of the property, put it for sale.

Yesterday I was served with foreclosure papers. I want to keep the property, but since I am not a borrower on the loan the bank wants her permission to talk to me. She has abandoned the property and is no where to be found.

I handled the divorce pro se. How can I reclaim my home?

You handled the divorce incorrectly and now you will handle the foreclosure incorrectly. Hire a lawyer.
