Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am loaning the total amount of money to my daughter to puchase a home and would like to know what form I need to fill out for this transaction. I usually go to the self help legal websites like LawDepot. I want included in the form that if payments are not made that I would obtain the property back from her. Which form do you think I need? Thank you for your help.

You need to hire an attorney and get the job done right. You are not going to find the form you want on some legal website. It is a bit more complicated to protect your interest in the fashion you want. Reversion of ownership will not occur with any type of conveyance it will usually require court intervention.
