How long after a foreclosure is completed can I buy with cash a new home in my name? I am in Pinellas County, FL

You don't have to wait, you can buy it now. Unless of course, you don't want the lender that foreclosed on your other property to go after your other assets. You borrowed money, you didn't pay it back, the bank sold the house for less than the amount you owed, and now the bank will want the deficiency paid by you. If you don't have it in writing that the bank won't pursue a deficiency judgment, and you have money, a job, or other assets, you need a lawyer before you do anything.
