Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I lost my job and went into default in my mortgage payments. I was able to obtain a loan modification from Bank of America for my first loan and remain up to date with the payments. My second mortgage, however, was sold by Bank of America to Real Time Resolutions before I could obtain a loan modification. Now they are asking for the full amount of the loan (56k). I made an offer to settle at 4,000 but they denied and offered for me to pay 34k in the form of a cashier's check.

What should I do? I cannot afford to make that payment

Please make sure to provide all documentation that may be relevant to your matter prior to your scheduled consultation. This will save time and legal fees and enable us to have a meaningful consultation. Oftentimes, prospective clients are able to leave our initial consultation with a game plan for addressing their legal concerns without any further fees.
