I want to make my son a co owner of my Florida condo ..How do I get his name added to the deed ?

That's easy. You have to do a deed up to convey the interest. However, since it is a condo, it may require condo approval.
There may be a way around it, but to do a deed, or to try this other method would require the services of an attorney.
If you do it yourself, the courts, at a much higher price, may be necessary to fix it.
