Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

the man above my condo is a schizophrenic. he repeatedly floods my unit. his sister says he is protected by the american disabilities act as far as the condo association or me taking action against him, such as removal from property or lawsuit. is this correct?

It depends... His sister is correct he is protected by the american with disabilities act. You can bring it up to the condo association, because they might know of some change that can be made to the physical structure that would prevent the flooding.
