marital property

can property which was inherited while married be sold by one party without the consent of the other person? What right does each person have? Property was left in only one of the married persons name. Is fla not a ''joint'' property

state? What action can be taken by myself to prevent the sale of the property? please help quickly if at all possible

2. Basically, none.

3. No.

4. Virtually none - maybe file for divorce and ask the court to stay such a sale. Why should YOU have any right to dictate what another person does with THEIR property?
