Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Marriage and Property Laws

I currently own a Condo in Florida that is completely paid for and I would like this property to go to my Son at my death. If I remarry, what rights will my spouse have to this property? If he is living in the Condo at the time of my death, will he be required to move? Will he have ANY rights at all to this property that I bought and paid for BEFORE I met him?
