Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am married my husband took out a 50,000 business line of credit attached to the mortgage approx 2 years ago. in 2007...I was told I am not responsible for the loan but I had to sign that I was aware a lien was placed on our home at the time of signing I was not on the mortgage,the home was in my husbands name only and is still in my husbands....well now his bussiness is going south........I have not been on the mortgage for 4years (2005)..... and I am quit claiming my name off of the deed........If I buy a new piece of property can they attach a lien if the property is in my name only
