if we are still married can my husband report our car stollen if i am gone with it? i am not on the loan or title just insurence.

If you did not have permission to take his car, then he can call the police. If you had implicit permission because you are mattied then no. ASounds like there is trouble at home. Call and work this out before the police get involved.
