Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have Marriott Resort Time Share in Orlando, FL. I got divorced recently. My name is on the TimeShare. I want my name out meanwhile add my ex-husband's name there. How am I doing this?

It Should have been handled in divorce. Unless he agrees, you will have to go back to court.
