A Material alteration

What is the definition of a material alteration in a condominium assoc?

Buildings,roofs, roads are such, but

does it also mean, assoc entrance island w/total sign change, tree removal, a total make over of the entrance. Would it have to get

member ship appoval, of 75% to do?

it had to get a county permit plus

a so called building address number.

Can a board do this with out the 75% appoval. We have 46 homes

the board said it is not a material

alteration, they removed a totally

good oak cover tree before anyone could say no. can you answer my question
