Re: mediation

Not only can a home be put back on the market during settlement negotiations in relation to the deposit, but the home never has to be taken off the market in the first place. A seller can continue to market the property and even enter into back-up contracts with other prospective buyers in the event the current deal goes south. I am dealing with cases involving this very issue at this time (and perhaps you are one of the players involved in one of those cases). As concerns the law on this issue, it is extensive, but I do not do research of law or give opinions containing legal authority over cyberspace to non-clients of my firm. If you are interested in retaining my firm for legal representation, please call or write (e-mail) my office.
