Memorandum of Trust requirements

Have established Revocable Living Trust; am funding it. Have Warranty Deed made up to transfer personal residence into name of Trust, & Memorandum of Trust to record the existance of said trust in order to retain Homestead Exemption.

Also own 3 other rental properties that need to be transfered via Warranty Deed. Do these properties need to be referenced in the Memorandum of Trust?
