Missed 2 mortgage pmts. (June/July)

Received Notice of Accelleration from Bank of America 3 days ago

They are demanding full mortg. paid by end of next week or will take my house.

How long do I really have? What are my rights? I cannot come up with $400,000 in one week!

It will probably take a couple of months to actually foreclose. Try to work something out with the bank.
