Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We are trying to get into a mobile home community. We are buying a home form an owner who does not live there. She is putting us on the title but in a way we are doing a rent to own. Now the community does not allow this so by her putting us on the title they see it as a purchase. Our problem is that the park has denied us due to our credit. We are not asking for anything from them. The owner stated she would write a letter stating she would pay the lot rent and they still say no. Is this legal, first of all our landlord has done the same thing in the past in the same park. (wrote a letter for some one to live there). They said they no longer do this. We feel as though we are being outted for some reason. What can we do if anything

I'm not sure why you're feeling "outted." You're attempting to do something you know is prohibited by the community - a rent-to-own arrangement.
