Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I have a mobile home in FL owned since 2000 w/ a 99yr reaccuring lease lot. The park has since become a 55+ park. I am 30, and have been grandfathered in, but they have made new "park" rules that state if anyone under 55 doesnt live on the lot more than 30 days out of a year, they may not live there for MORE than 30 day a year till they are 55. They also have a rule (since it became 55+) that your spouse may not live there at all if they are under 40. These rules seem to have been made simply to circumvent those that have lived here since before it became 55 and over and are younger.
