Mobile Home Park Lot Rental

I recently applied for lot rental in an Orlando mobile home park. I was told that because I have a bankruptcy I did not qualify, even though I am buying the mobile home cash, my monthly income is 7 times the lot fee and I was willing to pay a year in advance. Is there any other course of action I can take?
