My mobile home received a lot of damage with Hurricane Irma and I cannot live in it. Do I still have to pay the monthly lot rental fee?

If your mobile home remains in the spot that you are paying for, you may actually be responsible for continuing charges. You may have to move it to end the charges. Do you have a written lease agreement? if so that agreement would control.
