Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hello, My mom abandoned a condo in Homestead, FL back in 07 and ever since 2010 she has been getting court notices. The most recent one was on January 22nd, 2014 it says order of dismissal and cancellation of lis pendens. Is there any legal way she can keep this condo? She could not afford it in the past and I was underage. I am willing to help her economically if she can keep it. thank you.

You need to contact an attorney to determine the status on the foreclosure and the ownership of the condo. Is she living in it? If so, that is likely a good sign. You cannot get your question answered as there are insufficient facts presented and the documents need to be reviewed. Pay for the attorney consult it will be worthwhile.
