Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Mom and Dad lived in mobile park, owned home, not land. Dad passed in 04 and Mom in 08. 1/07 Mom and I went to change title and add my name, then brought to park office to file and do a new land lease with me on it. They called today and they do not have title or land lease from 07. I have original title, but we were told both would be on file. Have been paying lower rate around $400 for almost 6 yrs, now they want me to sign new lease for $589. They said they can't find my paperwork and I only have original title which they gave back in 07. Do I have any recourse?
