Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My Mom is very ill and my Dad needs to sell their home.

My mother suffered a major stroke and is now unresponsive at the hospital. Both my Dad and Mom wanted to sell their place in Florida but now that my Mom is unable to sign anything how can my Dad go about selling their house?

He will have to be appointed guardian of her property.
